Shipping Address Accuracy

If you notice an error in your address after placing your order, please contact us within 24 hours to make corrections. We are unable to make address changes once the order has been processed and shipped, but we will do our best to accommodate changes before shipping. Ensuring that your shipping information is correct will help us deliver your order without complications.

Shipping to Multiple Addresses  

If you're purchasing gifts or items for different locations, we offer the option to ship to multiple addresses. During the checkout process, you can specify different shipping destinations for each item in your order. This ensures that each gift or product reaches the intended recipient without delay. Please note that each address will be subject to its own shipping fees, which will be calculated at checkout. For customers who need faster delivery, we offer expedited shipping options that can be customized to your specific needs.

Undeliverable Packages

In rare instances, packages may be returned to us as undeliverable due to incorrect addresses or unsuccessful delivery attempts. If your order is undeliverable, we will contact you to confirm the correct shipping details. If necessary, we will resend the package to the updated address, and additional shipping fees may apply. If you do not respond within a specified period, your order may be refunded minus shipping fees. Please double-check your shipping details to ensure smooth and successful delivery of your fashion items.

Delivery Timeline  

Our standard shipping typically takes between 3-8 business days, ensuring you receive your latest fashion finds promptly.

Failed Delivery Attempts  

If the delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address, unavailability of the recipient, or refusal to accept the order: Our delivery partner will attempt re-delivery up to two times. If all attempts fail, the product will be returned to our warehouse.

Damaged or Lost Shipments  

In case your order arrives damaged, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of receiving the package with photographic evidence. If a shipment is lost in transit, we will initiate a replacement or refund after verifying with the courier partner.;
